Responsibilities

Lead US subsidiary's financing strategy, design diversified solutions (project finance, green bonds, syndicated loans) based on IRA, promote 20GWh project financing and optimize capital structure

Develop relationships with US financial institutions and government departments, maximize IRA and state new energy subsidies, ensure compliant fund acquisition

Monitor interest rate, exchange rate and policy risks, build financial models, provide cash flow forecasts and compliance reports, align with SEC/IRS requirements

Collaborate cross-departmentally to support factory construction; Director leads and develops team, regularly reports progress to management
