Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Qualification
Required
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Ability to work under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
Ability to work in in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above
Ability to deal with fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust
Ability to work in cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
Ability to handle hot surfaces/tools from over up to 500 degrees or higher
Ability to work with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to work alone and with others
Ability to meet strict quality control standards
Ability to analyze and compile data
Ability to make judgments and decisions
Ability to stand for most tasks
Ability to walk short distances for short durations
Ability to lift bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to carry large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces
Ability to carry pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds
Ability to carry trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray
Ability to deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area
Ability to push trays which are placed on dollies
Ability to climb stairs or ladders occasionally
Ability to stoop/bend at the waist
Ability to crouch/squat occasionally
Ability to reach continuously up, down, and forward
Ability to perform hand tasks requiring eye-hand coordination
