Responsibilities
Support day-to-day banking operations, including account openings, maintenance, transaction processing, and documentation
Assist with cash management services such as wire transfers, ACH transactions, remote deposit capture, and online banking setup
Monitor and review client activity to support BSA/AML requirements, including customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and transaction monitoring follow-ups
Assist in collecting and reviewing documentation related to KYC, BSA, and regulatory requirements
Respond to client inquiries related to account activity, cash movement, and online banking services
Partner with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, BSA, and Treasury Services) to resolve client and account-related issues
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates within banking systems
Support audits, reviews, and internal reporting related to BSA and cash management activities
Ensure all activities align with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in banking, financial services, operations, BSA/AML, or cash management
Familiarity with BSA/AML concepts, KYC/CDD requirements, and cash management products
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, or related field a plus)
