Enterprise Account Executive
Talentpluto is a fast-growing NYC startup building the next generation of AI agents for customer engagement. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to define and scale the enterprise sales motion, working directly with senior decision-makers on complex, high-value deals.
Responsibilities
Run the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close
Partner with executives and C-levels to position the platform in their organizations
Generate new opportunities through a mix of inbound, outbound, and strategic outreach
Work closely with leadership on GTM strategy and category positioning
Build trusted relationships and close transformative, high-value deals
Qualification
Required
Strong track record running complex B2B SaaS sales cycles (enterprise preferred)
Confidence selling into executive-level decision makers
Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and exceed quota
Curiosity and passion for AI and emerging technologies
Thrives in a startup environment where speed, adaptability, and ownership matter
