Managing the executive's email inbox, calendars, and travel schedule/needs
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences
Creating travel itineraries and booking travel
Acting as the primary liaison between the executive team and the employee base, as well as clients and external partners
Planning onsite and offsite meetings and events, including vendor selection and management
Process expense reports and reconcile executive purchase card
Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including proofreading, filing, photocopying, transcribing, and organizing documents
Qualification
Required
