New Grad, Entry LevelGirl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan is seeking an IT Specialist to assist the IT Director in overseeing the maintenance and operation of their computers, phones, and network. The role involves providing end user support, managing technology equipment deployment, and assisting with various administration tasks.

Responsibilities
Ensure that GSSEM networks & systems are updated and operating as designed
Provide end user support for staff computers and phones
Work with our Co-Managed MSP to ensure security updates are being completed
Deploy technology equipment to new employees and orientate them to our systems
Assist with firewall, network switching, and wireless network administration
Assist with 3xLogic Card Access System Administration
Assist with GoTo Connect phone system Administration
Assist with OKTA Administration
Assist with inventory of GSSEM technology devices
Assist with administration of our 3rd party spam filter provider
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school graduate. College or relevant technical school experience preferred
Experience in server maintenance and administration
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair network and computer issues
Experience with firewall and network switch management
Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
Effective organizational skills
Effective communications skill and habits
Flexibility; adaptability to change
Strong customer service orientation and skills
Ability to work with a diverse population
Ability to work evenings and weekends, as necessary
Must have valid drivers' license
Strong skills in Microsoft Server Administration and Implementation, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
College or relevant technical school experience
