Responsibilities
Manage employment litigation cases from inception through resolution
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and hearings
Collaborating with partners on case strategy and client communications
Advise clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws
Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and training materials
Participate in client education programs and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
Maintain 2,000 billable hours annually
Qualification
Required
3+ years of employment litigation experience
Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar
Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Proven experience handling pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motions practice
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
A self-starter who's proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Prior experience at a labor & employment or litigation-focused firm preferred
