Responsibilities
Support Burgess Inspections' growth by proactively building relationships and generating new opportunities
Make lead generation calls, connect with prospective partners and clients, attend networking events, and help communicate the value of our inspection services
Collaborate with our marketing team to support lead generation efforts and keep relationships strong through consistent follow-up and communication
Coordinate and schedule home inspections with accuracy and professionalism
Manage the inspection calendar, communicate with clients to find appointment times that work, and ensure any updates or changes are handled quickly and clearly
Serve as a helpful point of contact for scheduling questions and general service inquiries, contributing to an exceptional customer experience
Assist with administrative support as needed, including data entry, record keeping, and helping improve processes to keep the team running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Enjoys being on the phone and is comfortable making lead generation calls
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training is a plus)

Must be able to pass background and driving checks
Preferred
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (but not required)
