Responsibilities
Carefully draft and revise estate planning documents under supervision, following firm templates and SOPs with precision
Begin by observing and supporting client meetings, then gradually lead design and review meetings with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
Learn and follow our proven estate planning process step by step, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and excellent client experience
Actively seek feedback, implement redlines, and steadily improve legal judgment, drafting quality, and client advisement skills
Over time, progress toward independently managing estate planning matters from start to finish with firm support
Qualification
Required
Recently graduated from law school and licensed with the California Bar
Strong legal writing skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn systems and follow instructions precisely
Comfortable speaking with clients in a calm, confident, and professional manner
Able to accept feedback and improve quickly
Must live within commuting distance to West Covina, California
In-office position, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
