Senior Sales & Business Development Leader

Maggard Information Associates is a company that provides outsourced motor vehicle title and registration services for over 40 years. They are seeking a Senior Sales / Business Development leader to help shape and expand their national growth strategy by developing relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and dealership groups.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business relationships across:
Financial institutions, credit unions, and lenders
Dealership groups and automotive partners
Lead consultative sales conversations focused on understanding:
Existing workflows and operational processes
Compliance considerations and scalability challenges
Own the full sales process from initial outreach through contract execution and onboarding
Leverage existing industry relationships while actively building new pipeline through outreach, referrals, and follow-up
Collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure new clients are positioned for long-term success
Help refine sales messaging, positioning, and materials based on real client needs and feedback
Maintain clear pipeline visibility and deal progression using CRM and sales tools
Contribute to the development of a repeatable, national sales motion over time
As the function grows, mentor others or take on broader leadership responsibilities as appropriate

Required

7+ years of experience in sales and/or business development
Experience selling into one or more of the following: Financial institutions, credit unions, or lenders
Experience selling into dealership groups or automotive organizations
Strong consultative selling skills and comfort selling operationally complex services
Experience working in regulated or compliance-aware environments
Ability to manage your own pipeline, priorities, and follow-through
Experience using CRM and modern sales tools
Comfortable working in an established organization that is building a more formalized sales function

Preferred

Experience helping establish, expand, or professionalize a sales effort
Background in B2B services, outsourced solutions, or tech-enabled offerings
Player-coach mindset or interest in mentoring others as the sales function grows
Experience selling nationally or managing multi-state accounts
