Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Prepare and execute timely payment transactions (e.g., wire transfers, checks) to vendors
Reconcile accounts payable ledgers with vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist in month-end closing activities, including accrual entries and AP aging report preparation
Collaborate with purchasing and other departments to resolve invoice-related issues
Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and supporting documents
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in audit-related inquiries for AP
