Responsibilities
Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on sales data
Track and follow up on overdue accounts receivable to ensure timely payment collection
Reconcile customer accounts, investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes
Process customer payments (e.g., bank transfers, checks) and update accounts receivable ledgers
Assist in month-end closing, including preparing AR aging reports and accrual adjustments
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing-related issues
Support audit processes by providing AR-related documents and responding to inquiries
