Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills to drive organizational success
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Prior experience in the aerospace or technology sector is a strong advantage
