Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
Engage homeowners in professional, persuasive conversations
Educate customers on products, promotions, and services
Qualify homeowner interest and schedule appointments for the sales team
Accurately record customer information and outcomes in CRM systems
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals
Handle objections and rejection with professionalism
Represent the brand positively and in compliance with company standards
Communicate field feedback regarding customer needs and market trends
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and smartphone/tablet access
Preferred
Previous door-to-door, canvassing, field marketing, or sales experience
