Responsibilities
Act as the first line of defense for KYC and AML-related risks within the Financial Institutions business
Review and ensure KYC processes and client files meet internal standards and regulatory expectations
Support Relationship Managers during client onboarding, refreshes, and remediation activities
Liaise with the Compliance Department to resolve issues, escalate risks, and ensure consistent application of KYC policy
Monitor KYC performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
Conduct or support training initiatives to strengthen KYC awareness across business teams
Participate in system or process enhancements to improve efficiency and control
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of KYC, AML, or compliance experience within banking or financial services
CAMS certification required
Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory requirements and KYC due diligence standards
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with onboarding systems such as Actimize or similar workflow tools
