Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition and mobility needs
Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility and quality of life
Administer physical therapy treatments and techniques in accordance with best practice standards
Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to continue progress at home
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualification
Required
Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, techniques, and equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Empathy and compassion for patients and their families
Preferred
Experience in home health is a plus, but not required
