Area Sales Manager
TSL Brands is looking to add a driven, relationship-focused Area Sales Manager to grow their portfolio across Los Angeles and Orange County. This hands-on, field-based role involves managing and growing on- and off-premise accounts while collaborating with distributor partners to drive sustainable sales growth.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow a book of on- and off-premise accounts in LA/OC County
Build strong relationships with buyers, bartenders, and distributor teams
Execute tastings, staff trainings, menus, and in-store activations
Open new accounts and expand distribution across the portfolio
Collaborate with distributor reps to drive focus and execution
Track activity and results, providing regular market feedback
Qualification
Required
2+ years of alcohol beverage sales experience (on-prem, off-prem, or both)
Strong knowledge of the LA / OC market
Self-starter with excellent time management and follow-through
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
Passion for brands, hospitality, and relationship-driven selling
