Responsibilities
Craft a 3‑year roadmap aligning payer, provider, and regulatory trends to ClinicMind’s growth targets
Define service boundaries, data models, event streams, and AI/ML inference layers; author reference architectures and guardrails
Convert business cases into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; run quarterly PI planning
Chair weekly triage with Engineering, CX, Sales, and Compliance; ensure roadmap risks are surfaced and resolved
Lead practitioner councils, shadow billing teams, and translate pain points into product requirements
Instrument product for real‑time metrics (clean‑claim %, DSO, denial overturn rate); publish dashboards to exec team
Mentor a squad of product managers, solution architects, and business analysts; scale the org as ARR grows
Qualification
Required
10+ years in product ownership or architecture for healthcare RCM, EHR, or FinTech platforms
Deep knowledge of ANSI X12, HL7/FHIR, 837/835, ERA/EFT workflows, and payer EDI connectivity
Track record of shipping cloud-native, micro-services at scale (AWS or GCP preferred)
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments
Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines for predictive denials, underpayment detection, or autonomous coding
Strong grasp of U.S. healthcare regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HITRUST)
Exceptional communication—equally comfortable debugging with engineers or pitching roadmap to the board
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related

MBA or MS in Health Informatics
High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
