Responsibilities

Supervise daily field operations for large diameter water transmission pipeline installation
Plan and coordinate excavation, shoring, pipe installation, testing, and restoration activities
Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, permits, and Owner requirements
Manage work sequencing to meet schedule milestones while minimizing public and traffic impacts
Enforce safety programs, OSHA requirements, and environmental compliance measures
Coordinate inspections, testing, disinfection, commissioning, and resolve quality issues
Monitor productivity, resources, and field conditions; communicate impacts to project management
Serve as primary on-site contact with management, subcontractors, inspectors, and agency representatives

Required

10+ years of heavy civil experience focused on large diameter water transmission pipelines
Proven supervision of steel, ductile iron, PCCP, or HDPE pipeline installation
Strong knowledge of trenching, shoring, dewatering, and deep excavation
Experience with public agency contracts and regulatory requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills with a commitment to safety and quality

Preferred

Experience on municipal water infrastructure projects
Familiarity with pipeline testing, disinfection, and commissioning
OSHA 30, Trench Competent Person, Confined Space, and First Aid/CPR certifications
