Law Practice
Responsibilities
Handle a caseload involving divorce, custody, time sharing, child support, and related family law matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files
Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active state bar license
Prior knowledge of civil procedure and court rules
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Genuine interest in family law and client-focused advocacy
