Responsibilities

Lead the development of the vehicle's interior Space design with the mission of creating experiences for families that align seamlessly with our brand identity. integrating AI-driven design tools and advanced technologies to enhance innovation
Help lead the design process and be involved in creating interior design solutions, from initial sketches to design models, and finally to manufacturing releases
Collaborate with our Autonomous driving 'Smart Space' and engineering teams to create exceptional and innovative forward thinking products
Establish unified aesthetic standards and a collaborative work culture across Beijing/Shanghai/Munich design teams

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field with a focus on AI/technology-driven design applications
5-10 years' experience in interior design, master of sketching, rendering and presentation skills
Proficiency in AI-driven tools and technologies
Deep understanding of full-cycle vehicle design and production, including AI-assisted design validation tools
Proven experience leading projects from concept sketches to tooling
Mastery of sketching/rendering software (e.g., Photoshop) and AI tools to optimize design efficiency
Proficient in Alias/Autodesk modeling software and digital workflows (e.g., parametric modeling, real-time rendering)
Strong communication and writing skills
Excellent cross-functional coordination and teamwork abilities
Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills to bridge creative design with engineering feasibility
Innovative mindset: Merge aesthetic design with modern technology to create forward-thinking solutions
