Construction
Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to select all finishes and products required for construction, including tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, countertops, and related materials
Guide clients through in-person and online shopping for selections
Track selections, approvals, and delivery status using BuilderTrend
Produce renderings and construction-ready drawings, finish plans, and elevations, using Chief Architect
Collaborate closely with project managers and field teams throughout design and construction
Participate in pre-construction and handoff to production meetings
Conduct site visits and support the field by resolving design-related issues and maintaining design intent
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
5+ years of professional interior design experience (design-build or construction-focused preferred)
Proficiency in Chief Architect or similar software
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills, including experience with Mac OS, iOS, BuilderTrend, and spreadsheets; ability to learn and adapt to new systems
Preferred
