Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets for the corporate banking segment
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively engaging with existing and prospective clients
Provide tailored solutions and financial advisory services to meet the diverse needs of corporate clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and relationship managers, to deliver comprehensive solutions
Maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and client requirements to anticipate and address their evolving needs
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative products and services to enhance the bank's offerings
Ensure effective client relationship management and provide exceptional customer service
Actively participate in client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business
Maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting on sales activities and pipeline

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales or solutioning within the banking or financial services industry
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different functions
Adaptable to changing market conditions and client requirements
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
