Activity Assistant

Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Activity Director you will help organize, plan, and execute a well-balanced activity program
Organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities, such as arts, crafts, and games
Generate positivity and encourage resident participation
Work with all departments to ensure resident needs are being met
Assess the needs and interests of individuals and groups and plan activities accordingly
Qualification
Required
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Preferred
Previous experience working with the elderly
Previous experience in an activity's role
