The Program Director will be responsible for program design, development, and implementation strategies, as well as supervision and consultation of individual clients' service coordination and treatment plans for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsible for program design, development and implementation strategies
Supervision and consultation of individual clients' service coordination, treatment plans and effective implementation approaches and interventions
Develop treatment plans for the clients we serve
Develop staff understanding of trauma-informed care
Ensure the health, safety and success of clients and employees
Qualification
Required
At least two (2) years experience working in the behavioral health field
At least two (2) years of supervisory experience
Master's degree in a related discipline
Being a licensed and insured driver
Clean driving record (no excessive points, and no DUIs/wet-and-reckless in the past 10 years)
Preferred
Experience working with individuals with the I/DD population
Two (2) years of fiscal management experience
One of the following certifications/licenses: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT); Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC); Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBCA) in the state of California
