Responsibilities

Create detailed drawings related to Bills of Materials (BOM), construction, and installation of exhibits
Reconfigure existing properties to develop new booth layouts and configurations
Work within established project budgets and utilize resources/materials efficiently to minimize waste
Maximize the return on RES’s investment in design engineering and CNC technology
Operate and maintain proficiency in computers, software, and file management systems
Produce clear, accurate illustrated and written documentation
Effectively communicate design intent and specifications to internal teams and clients
Maintain awareness of departmental schedules, priorities, and workloads
Provide leadership and share expertise in all aspects of design engineering
Develop documentation and training materials to support design engineering processes
Establish and maintain exceptional, competitive design engineering and manufacturing standards
Ensure all hardware and software remain in optimal operating condition
Research and introduce innovative offerings, techniques, and materials to enhance capabilities
Maintain an uptodate library of resources, materials, and fabrication techniques
Organize and manage all job archives for easy retrieval and historical accuracy

Required
