You have a sense for the flow of a page. Alignment issues bother you, and you can spot mismatched colors
You thrive in a collaborative environment and communicate well with others
You're comfortable talking to users and running research sessions
Qualification
Required
Portfolio demonstrating visual design and UX excellence
At least one fully shipped product where you owned design from discovery through launch
Figma mastery (auto-layout, variables, variants, etc)
5+ years of relevant professional experience
Preferred
Experience designing with AI and/or designing AI products
Coding ability (HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, or vibe coding)
