Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise data product programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and data governance standards
Manage a portfolio of initiatives spanning data platforms, analytics, AI/ML products, and enterprise data capabilities
Establish program frameworks, operating models, and governance structures that scale across the organization
Drive roadmap prioritization in partnership with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders
Manage and develop a team of program and project managers supporting enterprise data initiatives
Provide coaching, performance management, and career development to build a strong, collaborative, and execution‑focused team
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across Technology, Data, and Business functions
Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to executive audiences
Facilitate alignment across teams with competing priorities, ensuring clarity and shared understanding
Define and implement best‑in‑class program management practices, including risk management, dependency tracking, and change control
Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure program health and business impact
Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and regulatory requirements
Translate enterprise data strategy into actionable, cross‑functional program plans
Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce friction, and accelerate delivery
Partner with Finance and leadership to manage budgets, resource planning, and investment decisions
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or enterprise PMO roles
Strong background in data products, data platforms, analytics, or related technology domains
Proven experience managing and developing teams
Demonstrated success leading large, complex, cross‑functional programs
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in program governance, risk management, and operational frameworks
Preferred
Experience in enterprise data strategy, data governance, or data product lifecycle management
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
Background working in large, matrixed organizations
PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent experience
