Responsibilities
Prepare and manage client invoices
Process payments and deposits
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist with basic banking and financial recordkeeping
Ensure accuracy and consistency within QuickBooks
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route as appropriate
Set up new client files within our CRM, ensuring all required information is entered accurately and completely
Assign files to appropriate team members based on service type and internal processes
Assist leadership and staff with administrative and operational tasks
Support general office functions to keep daily workflows running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, including invoicing, A/R, and A/P (required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer operations
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Preferred
Prior experience in a professional office environment
