Full Charge Bookkeeper
Integrated Financial Staffing is a well-established professional services organization based in Orlando, seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage core accounting and bookkeeping functions. The role involves full-cycle accounting, financial statement preparation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger accounting using QuickBooks
Manage full-cycle accounting, including financial statement preparation
Prepare and post journal entries specific to professional services organizations
Support month-end close and financial reporting
Maintain accurate balance sheet and income statement accounts
Process payroll
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures
Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders
Billing & Receivables Support
Oversee client billing in a time-and-billing environment
Manage accounts receivable and collections
Coordinate accounts payable and vendor payments
Support accurate tracking of time, billing, and revenue
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
Experience in a professional services environment (legal, engineering, accounting, consulting, or similar)
Strong experience with full-cycle accounting and financial statement preparation
QuickBooks experience required
Working knowledge of time and billing systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills
