Responsibilities
Supporting integration and separation planning for transactions
Experience with IT Infrastructure/Cloud, Software Applications for M&A
Analyzing complex business, financial, and technology challenges
Contributing to valuation support, financial modeling, and operational analysis
Supporting Day One readiness and post-close execution activities
Assisting with systems integration, separation, and process alignment
Identifying value creation opportunities and cost optimization initiatives
Leading discrete workstreams and mentoring junior team members as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, deals, M&A, IT transformation, or related roles
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Big 4 experience is a plus
Exposure to transactions, integrations, separations, or large-scale change initiatives preferred
