GAAP Financial Reporting
Process improvements and implementation of technology
Oversee treasury, cash flow/working capital, and tax functions for the division
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial forecasts and variance analysis
Manage KPI dashboards related to DSO and collections
Review AP process and drive automation for invoicing and month-end close
Serve as the financial business partner to the Division President and collaborate with sales, operations, etc
Support buy-side diligence and integration of acquisitions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
CPA or MBA
7+ years of experience in a hybrid finance and accounting role
Tech-savvy with the ability to work with NetSuite, Power BI, and Tableau
Comfortable as an individual contributor with the leadership ability to build a team
