Responsibilities

Serve as the central point of contact for Q2C initiatives, leading all aspects of deal structures, quoting, contracting, product delivery, and order management
Collaborate closely with business and IT teams to align needs with system capabilities and drive iterative improvements
Define and prioritize user stories, epics, and feature backlogs
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, wireframes, process flows, and functional specs
Coordinate across multiple agile teams to ensure roadmap alignment, timely delivery, and integration across Q2C workstreams
Work with SMEs to gather requirements and build a backlog of user stories for project delivery
Develop and maintain process flows and gap analyses for current versus future state Q2C processes
Regularly update executive sponsors, business partners, and project teams
Take on the role of an inspiring leader in driving scalable, user-focused Q2C process improvements
Partner with change management teams to develop rollout strategies, communication plans, and adoption metrics
Support documentation, training materials, and hands-on training sessions to ensure effective onboarding and ongoing enablement of end users

Required

3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting Product Management, Business Systems, or Program Management roles with a strong focus on Quote to Cash processes
Solid understanding of Q2C flows, including quoting, CPQ, contract management, provisioning, and order management
Outstanding communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills. Must be able to articulate complex processes to diverse audiences in large group settings
Proven experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty around projects and initiatives
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.)

Preferred

Experience in SAP and/or S4HANA is a plus
Experience with SCRUM is a plus
