Flex Customer Service Representative
Walpole Co-operative Bank is a local, independent bank with a century of history serving the Walpole community. They are seeking a Flex Customer Service Representative to assist with transactions, account management, and customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities
Greeting customers and completing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and more
Opening and maintaining customer accounts, including account documentation and disclosures
Assisting with account needs such as debit card orders, wire transfers, matured CDs or IRAs, and general account inquiries
Responding to phone and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care
Supporting operational tasks like balancing your cash drawer, ATM/recycler maintenance, night drop processing, and safe deposit access
Researching and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively
Approving transactions for Tellers within set limits
Upholding all Bank policies, procedures, and compliance standards—including Bank Secrecy Act and security requirements
Collaborating with branch team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while staying organized and accurate
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Professional and collaborative approach to working with customers and teammates
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn banking systems and technologies
Commitment to following policies and maintaining confidentiality
Willingness to work Saturdays as part of your regular schedule
Interest in representing the Bank positively within the community
Preferred
1+ year of banking experience preferred
