Required

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, deals, M&A, IT transformation, or related fields

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and client engagements concurrently

Preferred

Experience with enterprise IT applications (e.g., ERP, HRIS, CRM) or infrastructure environments
Experience with Big 4 is a plus
Proven leadership in integration and separation programs
Experience developing and reviewing financial models related to IT or operations
Ability to recommend enterprise architecture and technology solutions
Strong engagement management skills, including scope, timelines, and economics
Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams
Strong project management and delivery oversight capabilities
Demonstrated ability to design and execute IT strategies supporting integrations or carve-outs
