Responsibilities
Prepare and submit appeals for reduced invoices
Logging reduced invoices for all clients
Tracking and updating all reduced invoices in database and smart sheet
Following up with firm timekeepers to prepare for appeal responses
Corresponding with clients to ensure successful appeals and payment of the appealed invoices
Obtaining necessary approvals from responsible attorneys for write-offs, late appeals, etc
Analyze appeal data to recognize trends and help develop solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ Years of E-Billing experience
Prior legal billing experience
Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
Experience using Aderant, BillBlast and E-Hilling Hub software a plus
Experience with online Ebilling vendors such as; Passport, Tymetrix, Collaborati, CounselLink, Serengeti and Ascent
