Qualification
Required
Familiar with the government defense contracting industry
Experienced with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and recruiting tools
Experience with Slack, Google Suite, and Asana
Willingness to become familiar with HR policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with labor laws and company guidelines
A strong communicator, with the ability to engage effectively with team members
Driven and focused on career growth, consistently seeking new challenges and opportunities to advance professionally in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
