Attend pre-scheduled appointments
Perform in-home inspections, conduct detailed consultations, and offer customized solutions to meet homeowners’ needs
Aim to meet and surpass sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability
Ability to fit and work in a crawl space: approximately 18 x 18 clearance
Computer proficiency (training provided)
Strong listening, closing and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English
Preferred
Construction background is helpful but not required
