Mid LevelTellByte is a digital engineering unit that builds high-performance infrastructure for the US Government and scaling enterprises. They are seeking a Lead Videographer who can create intense and visceral video content, directing actors and editing for high-retention social impact.

Responsibilities
Direct actors (or friends) to get that raw energy, light for 'Dark Mode' (no flat office lighting), and edit for high-retention social impact
You are comfortable shooting 'Run and Gun' style but know how to set up a cinematic frame when it counts
You understand the TellByte Aesthetic: Deep Navy backgrounds, Cyan rim lights, Pink Aurora accents. You know how to shoot in the dark without it looking grainy
You cut fast. You understand pacing. You can glitch text and sync cuts to aggressive audio
If you can handle the 'Glassmorphism' UI overlays and 3D text (General Sans font), you are a unicorn. If not, you must be able to work with our designers to layer them in
Qualification
Required
Comfortable shooting 'Run and Gun' style but know how to set up a cinematic frame when it counts

Cut fast and understand pacing
