Responsibilities
Define retrofit project scope and requirements based on customer specifications
Design and update electrical schematics and documentation in EPLAN P8
Program, modify, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMIs (B&R/Siemens a plus)
Manage BOMs in PLM and support workshop build, testing, and troubleshooting
Provide technical and on-site support through startup, validation, and project completion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or related field)
2–5 years of experience in electrical controls design, programming, and documentation
Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming (Studio 5000)
Skilled in EPLAN P8 for electrical schematics and documentation
Strong troubleshooting ability for electrical and control systems
Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and ANSI electrical and safety standards
Effective at managing priorities, working independently, and communicating clearly
Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, retrofits preferred
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
Ability to bend, kneel, walk or sit for extended periods of time
Ability to reach above head and below knees
