Sales Executive
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our GRO Commercial Team which covers comprehensive records and information management offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new, profitable revenue growth by proactively targeting prospects and managing an assigned customer portfolio.

Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition by proactively targeting vended and un-vended prospects and key competitor accounts to generate new, profitable revenue growth within Australia (AU) and identify global opportunities
Lead all commercial discussions and negotiations, including contractual terms and conditions, rates, reporting, and contract duration, to maximise the company’s recurring revenue and gross margin for the maximum term possible
Develop and implement both short-and long-term strategies, including creating and maintaining up-to-date Customer Account Plans, to achieve sustainable growth and proactively identify and mitigate risks across your portfolio
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years experience and proven track record of high performance in B2B sales
Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels, including executive and C-level
Advanced negotiation and business planning skills, with a focus on delivering client-focused solutions
Proven ability in business analysis, financial fluency, and managing complex pipelines within a CRM (Salesforce)
A high degree of personal resilience, tenacity, and a technical aptitude for solution-based selling
