Accurate transferring of calls to the appropriate individual/department
Greeting individuals in The Health Plan lobby in a courteous and helpful manner
Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor badges as necessary and maintaining the visitor log
Projecting a professional appearance and speaking voice
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Self-Starter, detail oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, including telephone skills with the ability to use proper phone etiquette
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Commitment to provide high quality service
Ability to follow written and verbal direction
Must have at least beginner's typing abilities
Can easily adapt to changes in work requirements
