Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Revenue growth and profitability
E-commerce performance (CR, AOV, LTV, margins)
Growth prioritization and sequencing
Cross-channel alignment (paid, CRO, retention, ops)
Build and run growth roadmaps per brand
Use data (LTV, CAC, AOV, CR) to drive decisions
Partner with paid media, creative, CRO, retention, and ops
Work directly with brand founders while reducing founder dependency
Identify bottlenecks and keep growth moving

Required
