Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of substation orders; including engineering, inventory, manufacturing and delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams including: sales, engineering, operations, transportation and scheduling
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with manufacturing lead times, as well as materials and parts lead times
Coordinate with engineering teams on design reviews, drawings, specifications, and approvals
Track and manage customer repair workstream; to include pickup, evaluation, quotation, customer decision and disposition
Track and manage project status, job closure, invoicing and change orders
Identify project risks related to supply chain, manufacturing and inventory readiness; implement mitigation plans
Coordinate factory acceptance tests (FAT) with customer and internal teams
Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and closeout deliverables
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
HS diploma/GED required
2-5 years' experience in scheduling and planning in a manufacturing environment required
Basic MS Office applications, with emphasis on spreadsheet analysis required
ERP systems (Syspro, SAP, etc.) experience required
Proven track record in safety excellence is required
Adheres to all safety and environmental compliance regulations set by the organization. Notify management immediately of any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or injuries
Ability to read and interpret work orders. (Expand identify errors and correct)
Process work orders in a timely fashion to meet corporate and customer deadlines
Possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, cooperative attitude, strong attention to detail and can work in a team environment
Adheres to the company's employee handbook policies and embodies the organization's core values
Complete company compliance and safety training when required
Ability to work a flexible schedule and work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
Physical requirements for this role include but are not limited to the following: Sitting in a normal seated position for extended periods of time while operating a computer with occasional light lifting. Regular visits to the production facility and engaging with operations team
