Responsibilities

Own day-to-day event logistics and operations, including schedules, catering, travel, vendors, and deliveries across multiple concurrent events
Track timelines, budgets, assets, and milestones to ensure flawless execution and no missed details
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to confirm contracts, deliverables, and on-site requirements
Provide hands-on on-site support for event setup, registration, speakers, and executives, troubleshooting issues in real time
Manage creative and physical assets (signage, slides, collateral, shipments) while ensuring brand consistency
Support post-event wrap-up, including feedback collection, reporting, asset archiving, and ROI tracking

Required

3–5 years of experience in event coordination, production support, marketing operations, or a similar role
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience working with vendors, handling logistics, and supporting live events end-to-end
Strong organizational skills with comfort using project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Trello, or similar)
Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration ability
A calm, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset when working under pressure

Preferred

Experience supporting B2B tech or startup events in a high-growth environment
Familiarity with global events across the US and international locations
Experience working closely with executives or senior leaders at live events
