This role involves evaluating equity and credit research outputs and financial models to ensure analytical integrity and high standards of rigor.

Responsibilities
Review and evaluate equity and/or credit research reports for analytical accuracy and depth
Assess financial models, valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable analysis, NAV, etc.), and investment theses
Evaluate portfolio construction logic and position-level risk assessment
Deliver clear, structured written feedback supported by evidence and sound financial reasoning
Collaborate with fellow reviewers to design standardized scoring rubrics and evaluation criteria
Participate in calibration sessions to objectively differentiate analyst-level work products
Contribute sector and multi-asset insights across equities, credit, and related strategies
Identify analyst proficiency levels and provide actionable developmental feedback
Qualification
Required
5+ years of institutional investment experience (hedge funds, asset management, family offices, or multi-asset/credit research platforms)
Demonstrated expertise in fundamental equity and/or credit research
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
Strong understanding of portfolio construction and risk management principles
Experience reviewing or mentoring analyst-level work
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a structured, analytical approach
High standards of confidentiality, compliance, and professional integrity
Preferred
Experience as a Senior Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or Research Lead
Sector expertise (e.g., Technology, Industrials, Energy, Healthcare, Financials) or credit specialization (IG, HY, structured credit, bank loans)
Advanced professional credentials such as CFA, CAIA, FRM, or ABV
