Responsibilities
Design conversational flows to facilitate an engaging test delivery experience
Tailor conversational flow to elicit thorough user responses and limit off-topic responses
Design conversational flow to properly address off-topic responses/adapt to other disruptions
Use relevance scoring and noise reduction to identify then extract relevant segments of user responses to send to the next step of the pipeline
Utilize NLU and LLMs to design a dynamic conversation flow that parses then adapts to user responses
Integrate LLMs into conversational flow, sustaining reproducibility and adherence to content guidelines
Create guidelines and best practices for future conversation design
Work closely with an AI engineer to integrate generative AI into chatbot flow
Collaborate with other technical and content teams

Required

Proven experience in designing chatbot experiences, combining human-computer interaction principles with generative AI, and keyword extraction/relevance classification
Design conversational flows to facilitate an engaging test delivery experience
