Senior Brand Manager
pdPlus is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to own the strategic direction, performance, and growth of multiple client brands across various platforms. This role requires a strategic leader who will drive brand strategy, client leadership, and performance analytics while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end strategic roadmap for assigned brands
Develop quarterly and annual growth plans across Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus, TikTok Shop, and Google Ads
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
Identify expansion opportunities across new channels, ad types, creative strategies, and product launches
Serve as the strategic voice of the brand internally and externally
Act as the primary strategic contact for client leadership teams
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews
Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Build long-term trust through ownership, accountability, and proactive thinking
Own brand performance across: Revenue, Contribution margin, TACOS / ACOS, Conversion rate, Market share growth
Use dashboards, reporting, and marketplace data to guide decisions
Proactively identify risks and opportunities
Lead cross-functional pods including: Creative, Advertising, Catalog, Operations
Coordinate execution across internal and external teams
Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and performance benchmarks are consistently met
Support and mentor junior brand managers and coordinators
Provide strategic guidance, training, and performance feedback
Help raise the operating standard and strategic thinking across the organization
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years in ecommerce, marketplaces, agency, or brand-side roles
Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Ads & DSP
Strong working knowledge of Walmart Marketplace & Walmart Connect
Strong working knowledge of TikTok Shop & TikTok Ads
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads
Strong working knowledge of listing optimization, A+, Brand Stores, and conversion optimization
Experience managing complex multi-SKU portfolios and scaling brands across channels
Thinks in systems, strategy, and leverage
Connects creative, media, pricing, and operations holistically
Operates with ownership mentality
Comfortable making decisions in ambiguity
Executive-level communication skills
Confident leading senior client stakeholders
Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator
Comfortable pushing back strategically when needed
