Responsibilities
Manage and perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and variance analyses
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting processes
Partner with billing and clinical teams to ensure accurate revenue cycle accounting
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions
Maintain internal controls and support audit preparation (internal and external)
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, billing, and clinical teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Support ad hoc financial projects and special analysis as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in healthcare
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred) and Excel
