Responsibilities
Manage a diverse client portfolio and deliver comprehensive tax services for individuals and businesses with a focus on Partnerships
Manage project deadlines and plan appropriately with associates and senior associates
Coordinate with team members on all phases of the Tax engagement
Assists with developing, recommending, and implementing efficient and effective methods to maximize client benefits
Review individual and business tax returns and provide timely and constructive feedback
Keep current on tax law changes and accounting related developments and best practices
Work with team members for continual process improvement
Participate in practice development and various firm activities
Qualification
Required
BA/BS Accounting
CPA required
5+ years' experience in public accounting reviewing both individual and business taxation, including partnership tax
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
MS/MAcc preferred
Real Estate/Construction experience is a plus but not required
